Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing. Monitor inventory of design samples, brochures, and other materials. Enforce adherence to brand standards and standard operating procedures. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and team performance reports. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements. Skills & Competencies: Strong background in showroom or retail management (interior design/luxury goods preferred). Proven experience in interior showroom sales and team leadership. Solid understanding of home furnishings and interior design concepts. Excellent communication, leadership, and client handling skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, POS systems. Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales trends. Sales-driven mind-set with the ability to analyse trends and adjust strategies. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Business Management or B.Tech. Certification or diploma in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: o More than 5-7 years’ experience required ensures the showroom runs efficiently, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and meets sales targets.
